Meet Zariah!

Therapist and Coach
I’m Zariah, and I’m a space-holder for healing, growth, and authentic connection. As an Afro-Latina Couples & Family Therapist, I am passionate about supporting teens, young adults, couples, and families as they navigate relationships, identity, and important life transitions. My work centers on helping people understand themselves more deeply, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier, more secure connections with the people who matter most.

I am a trauma-informed clinician, grounding my approach in safety, compassion, and empowerment. I integrate attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and cognitive-behavioral techniques to strengthen communication, improve emotional regulation, and support long-term wellness. When working with couples, I focus on rebuilding trust, deepening emotional intimacy, and creating new relational patterns that foster security and partnership. My experience includes supporting children, adolescents, adults, parents, and couples in school settings, community organizations, and clinical environments. I frequently work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, and burnout.

As an Afro-Latina therapist, I honor culture, identity, and lived experience as essential parts of the healing process. My goal is to empower clients with practical tools, emotional insight, and a strong sense of self as they move toward meaningful change. Together, we create a therapy space where clarity, compassion, and consistency pave the way for healthier relationships—with yourself and with others.
